We understand that some supercars will only be showcased.

   I understand that I am making a commitment by submitting this form. I will be responsible for my reservation and my passenger's reservation. Should I have an emergency and be unable to attend, I will notify Manolis by September 10th, 2010. The registration fee is $25 per person and includes the cost of your itinerary (one per car), lunch at Hard Rock, participation in the rally, as well as an exclusive fashion show at Shrine at the MGM Grand. The suggested minimum donation to the Make-A-Wish Foundation is $50 per car. I will bring cash for my registration fees. I will bring my check book for the charity drive.

In the case that this event is postponed due to bad weather, can you commit to the September 26th Rain Date?
You will be notified by September 15th if there is a date change.
I understand that Supercar Road Trips does not charge its members to participate in this event. I will be responsible for any purchases. I understand that it is mandatory for all participants to have lunch. I also understand that Super Car Road Trips is organizing this event as a service to attendees and is not profiting from my participation. Sponsors are providing funding and services to cover event costs. Should there be left over monies they will be donated to the Make-A-Wish Foundation to support our target donation of $8,500.

I understand that I am responsible for my safety, my passenger's safety or the safety of my vehicle and by attending this event I will participate at my own risk and be responsible any damages that may occur as a result of attending this event. Should my car break down, I understand that the group will continue without my participation.

I understand that speeding is not condoned by Super Car Road Trips and is illegal and jeopardizes the safety of those around me.

I understand that my RSVP is not a guarantee of invitation until my name is posted in the Event Confirmation List which will be posted on SupercarRoadTrips.com. We hold the right to refuse anyone for any reason. All vehicles are chosen from applicable vehicles on a first come/first serve basis.

I understand that this event will be filmed and I expect no compensation from any groups filming.
